Delete your Interval account

What happens
Deleting your account permanently removes it, and everything stored with it on our server, right away: your email, name, sign-in details and sessions. It can't be undone. Tasks saved on your phone stay on your phone.
In the app
- Open Interval, go to the Manage tab and tap your profile.
- Scroll to Your data.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web, without signing in
Can't get into the app? Enter your email on our account page. We'll send you a link, and your account is deleted when you confirm. The link works for one hour.
By email
Write to support@interval-app.net from the address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
No account?
Then nothing about you is on our server. To remove your data, uninstall Interval or clear its data in Android settings. Want to keep your tasks first? Export a backup: Account, then Your data, then Export.
